LIPIDOMIC METHODS

Zora has developed multiple platforms for molecular lipid quantification in high throughput. In addition to lipid identification and quantification, we provide lipoprotein lipidomics, and can monitor kinetics and dynamics of lipid metabolism. Lipid analyses can be also complemented with quantification of the drug compound of interest. We can do the lipidomic analyses on any tissue, biofluid or cell culture. Bioinformatics is an integral part of our lipidomic analyses.

Zora lipid identification operates with  high detection precision at the molecular lipid level, leaving no room for false-positive identifications. The true molecular lipid identification is complemented by quantification in absolute concentrations using  the proper lipid class specific standards. Zora lipidomic processes are  run in high throughput enabled by proprietary software and bioinformatic tools.
